Order Information FAQs

We at Fleet Warning know that our customers want their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to get all orders processed and shipped out immediately. There are a variety of ways your order can get to you, but the overall goal is to get you the order quickly and painlessly.

Shipping Timetable:  Items that are in stock generally ship within 2 Business Days. If an order needs to be drop-shipped, it may add a slight delay to the shipping of the order, and you will be notified of any issues or delays. Orders are generally shipped via USPS, or UPS. If a different shipping company is used, that information will be passed on along with the tracking information. Tracking numbers are processed and submitted to our customers within 24 hours of shipment. As indicated in the listings, some products require slightly delayed shipping times.  If you have a question about your order’s status, or estimated delivery times, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with a shipping update, if one exists.

Pricing Errors/Listing Mistakes: We try very hard to be perfect, but mistakes do happen. In the event of a pricing mistake (higher or lower) or a listing error (items indicated to be in a certain condition, accessories included/excluded, etc), we reserve the right to cancel orders placed because of these issues. Full refunds will be issued, and the orders will be canceled.
