Did my order go through?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email from us with the order information, and your order ID. If you haven’t received an email, but you see a charge for the order total, don’t worry – just contact one of our Customer Service representatives who can assist you with getting your order info.

How long will it take for my order to show up?

Once placed, your order will generally receive an updated shipping status within 2-3 business days. There are a few products that allow for “Out Of Stock” orders, which may add to the processing time. If that is the case, a Customer Service representative will keep you up to date with the order status and shipping time. Again, if you have any questions, you can always contact us.

How will I know if my order shipped?

Once your order is sent out, an email will be generated with the new order update, and the tracking number for the package. The tracking number is usually updated by the shipping company within 24-48 hours, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away.


Due to the widely-varied requirements of various state laws, radio systems, identification requirements etc., Fleet Warning takes no responsibility for the customer's legal right or permission to use equipment purchased from Fleet Warning. Fleet Warning is also not responsible for incorrect purchases (wrong band on a radio, wrong color on a light, etc.).
